1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return package.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on your card issuer's policies.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at Averdevisclub@gmail.com.

7. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
