  • All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you choose.

2.2. Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. General delivery estimates are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and is subject to change.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

3.1. Shipment Confirmation

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping Policy

4.1. Availability

  • We currently do not ship outside India. If you have special requests for international shipping, please contact our Customer Service team at Averdevisclub@gmail.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5.1. Responsibility

  • Averdevis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

6.1. Responsibility

  • Averdevis is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

7.1. Responsibility

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier for more information. Averdevis cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
